Q1: Where is the PO number located for my unit?
The PO number is located in three places. The front of the manual, the boxes the unit comes in, and also on the unit itself. Note: PO# are only on the Keys Power System products or KPS. E.g. PO# 009737
Q2: I put my unit together but my cable appears to be to short. What do I do?
First verify cable installation is correct per user manual. During the initial use of your product the cables are designed to stretch over time. Cable may appear to be to short during this break in period.
Q3: What is the warranty on my unit?
The warranty information is located in the owners manual of your unit. It will go over warranty periods as well as what is covered under the warranty.
Q4: Can my unit be used outdoors or in my garage?
No, your unit must be located in a temperature controlled environment. Having your unit in an uncontrolled environment will void the warranty.
