On most ellipticals, there is a switch located on the back of the console
that allows you to go from KI to MI. If your unit does not have a switch
please ontact our Technical Service department using our online contact form. Q2: What is the warranty on my unit? The warranty information is located in the
owners manual of your unit. It will go over warranty periods as well
as what is covered under the
warranty. Q3: How can I obtain warranty service/parts or technical assistance for my unit? Contact our Technical Service department using our online contact form. A customer service representative will assist you
with all warranty, or technical questions
and parts requests. Q4: Is there any maintenance I should perform on my unit? Always wipe down your elliptical with a dry towel after use. This removes mineral deposits that can cause incorrect heart rate readings. For any squeaking noises you encounter over time, you can use a dry silicon available from any hardware store. Note: Do note use WD-40 anywhere on the unit. Q5: What information will I be required to give a Ironman Fitness customer
service When contacting Ironman Fitness Customer Support you will be asked to provided
name, address, and serial number along with date of purchase. Your
personal
information is required so your warranty information can be store
in our data base and will not be given to any third party vendors.
We also
suggest you keep a copy of you receipt available. Q6: Where is the Serial/PO number located for my unit? The Serial/PO number can be located in various places depending on
the unit. The most common place is the front stabilizer bar. It can
also
be found on the bottom of the unit, or in some cases inside the unit
itself. Q7: Where are the batteries located on my unit? The batteries can be found on the back of the console. Some console
will have to be removed from the console tube to get to them. Q8: On my Airbike product I can not locate my spanner wrench that is on my parts list. How can I tighten the pivot bolts on my Airbike? Spanner wrench is no long available. Please use the allen wrench provided with unit. |
